Here's an entertainment set that our team is wrapping up at the moment in a downtown apartment. Simple, classy, clean, and Wellbuilt right into the wall.
We enjoyed the whole process of designing and building this set up. The client is thrilled with the outcome, and so are we.
Our team recently took a field trip to a Lower West Side project where we are in the process of selecting the right stain tone for a wood flooring project. Finding and matching the right tone can be a bit tedious at times as it is a trial and error process. Patience is a virtue, but when your set, there is no better feeling. A great stain job can add life to any plain wood flooring. Be on the lookout in the near future for a Wellbuilt 101 on how to stain wooden floors.
We took an outdated one bedroom apartment in the upper west side and performed a complete renovation of the kitchen, bathroom, and closet. Stay tuned, video coming soon.
Here's a photo of a recent Midtown East, NYC Wellbuilt project in the works. For this particular job we used non VOC paint with a semi-gloss finish, making it easy to wipe away handprints and stains. The clients have young twins who tend to run around the place so we came up with a solution to replace the slippery ceramic tile with a glue-down wood floor. Wellbuilt continues to use only the best sustainable products out on the market for our projects and clients. Stay tuned - more photos to come when the job is complete.
This delapidated one bedroom apartment in Chelsea New York was crumbling from years of neglect until Wellbuilt turned up. The little one bedder received a complete gut remodel of the bathroom, closets, kitchen and main living area. The kitchen remodel; involved re-sizing and structurally reinforcing the openings to create the perception of more space. New custom kitchen cabinetry was installed along new appliances, corian counter tops, and benjamin moore eco friendly paint. For the bathroom remodel; the floor area was increased by blowing out the existing walls and expanding into the bedroom. A new walk in closet was constructed which is now accessible via the bathroom. New plumbing fixtures were installed through out and milk glass panels used to line the walls of the bath/ shower area.
