Cains Tavern at 36 Wilson avenue Brooklyn was a complete gut demolition and  new bar fit out in an old convenience store in Brooklyn. Extensive demolition was carried out in the space including the removal of the existing shop front. To complete the bar fit out, all new materials and finishes were installed including; Australian cypress floors, pressed copper ceiling, plumbing, electrical, hvac system, custom millwork bar, and bar equipment. Cains Tavern opened early August 2011 and has links to local based firm Augenblick studios.
