Winchester Massachusetts residential renovation supervised by Wellbuilt’s Todd Rotondi

This Winchester Massachusetts Kitchen was partial gut renovation and new construction project. The residents of the house have bought, renovated and flipped several houses in recent years and the kitchen is has always been the most important item on the list fro pre-sell remodel work. The old kitchen was outdated, small, and under utilized as a family gathering point for good food, winding down, and enjoying time with the family. The kitchen was extended into the detached garage to give more floor area for the large island counter and installation of a custom wine fridge and then dining table that can comfortably seat 8 people. The roof was complete;y demolished to create a new cathedral style ceiling, providing the perception of a much larger space and also allowing for display custom lighting.
